Mateo and I are trying to save money to move into new homes, so we have come to the mutual decision:

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING CUSTOM JEWELRY ORDERS

Please note the following when ordering:

• We require a deposit upon accepting the order and beginning its production.  This is to discourage people wanting jewelry and not paying upon completion, which happens an awful lot.  Please be financially prepared for your purchase!
• This is our hobby.  We are not a full fledged jewelry making business, and we both have demanding, full time jobs running our shop.  Please be patient while we create your dream pretties!  Stone jewelry requires a lot of patience and love.  :)  Wait times may extend from as little as 2 weeks to as much as 8 weeks depending on how many orders we are processing, and how easy/difficult it is to make the jewelry you have requested.
• Know what you want!  Please have some idea of the dimensional requirements of your jewelry order, as well as what material you would like to have it made from.  We do not currently have a comprehensive list of all the stones we keep, and don’t have the time to compile such a list yet.  If you don’t know much about which stone you want, you can always start with telling us what color you think you’d like.  :)  We can always do our best to approximate dimensions for you, but if you give us incorrect information, we cannot be held responsible.  If you are especially concerned about this, you can head over to your local piercer and have them take some exact measurements for you!
• For the safety of all our customers, there are no returns/exchanges. This should be pretty self-explanatory.  We appreciate your understanding.
