Anonymous asked: As a professional would you recommend nipple piercings on large breasts? I'm a DD and I want to get my nipples done but I've heard large boobs don't do good with nipple piercings. Thoughts/opinions?
We pierce nipples on large breasted women all the time! The piercings will likely do just fine if cared for properly.

I wish I knew who this anon was so I could make them very uncomfortable in multiple undisclosed ways. Some people are so fucking stupid and have no business telling people what they’re doing for what reason. Mind your manners and battle cissexism.
Everyone needs to watch their mouth regarding Farrah’s transition. She’s part of our family, and as such, I will protect her and her right to be whoever she damn well wants to be.
OUR STUDIO IS A SAFE SPACE
That means you leave your horrible opinions about people’s lifestyle/sexual preference/gender/body/etc outside, or you don’t come in. Period.

kukulcan cutting collaboration with Sammy Way
Lobes so fresh
Since this photo set randomly had a bunch of notes over night, here is my flashbackfriday. My first ever cutting/collab with Ms. Sammy WAY. Its a shame I don’t scar well, at almost 4 years this piece is practically nonexistant.
Mateo, you and Sam need to get at me with those scalpels
DO IT.

Question with 12 notes
Anonymous asked: I'm sorry if you are asked this a lot, but do you have any advice for people who might be interested in making body jewelry? Is it hard to start? I'm very curious and your work is amazing :)
I do get this question really often, hahaha.
I mean, if you want to make jewelry…do some research, take some classes, find an apprenticeship or job in a similar field, experiment and figure out how to create the things that you dream up in your head. It’s not hard to start. The main thing that seems to hold most people back is that instead of doing real work to find the information on the area of study they’re trying to pursue…they just expect to get all the answers from people on the internet. That, and the money issue. Investing in the proper equipment to be able to make jewelry of almost any kind is not generally a cheap endeavor. Often the amount you spend on the equipment and the appropriate safety gear, and replacement supplies is in the hundreds, and can easily breach the thousands if you’re buying new. Lapidary work in particular requires us to make 4-digit investments pretty regularly to keep our equipment up to par.
I actually really don’t like people asking me how to make jewelry. Mateo and I sought that information out on our own, and we figured it out through a lot of experimentation, dedication, and hard work. We totally understand the rewarding feeling that comes from making something with your own two hands…but we aren’t trying to give our hard earned information out for free, you know? It’s all out there! You just gotta work your own hustle to find it.
